Details

When your team-mates are dropping like flies, and you require instant backup, use the Revival Injector to bring your comrades back from the brink of death. With the revival injector you can revive any team-mate who has been recently killed, provided they haven't been killed by explosive gear, explosive ammo, or magnetic weapons.

Usage

When you have the revival injector equipped you can press your hotkey for tactical equipment (Default is "C"), aim at a downed team-mate with the blue skull indicator over their dying body, and left-click to use. Once thrown the "revivee" can choose to be revived by selecting the right option during the death screen, to revive themselves at a time of their choosing, or instead die and respawn normally.

If you choose to be revived there is a brief animation of getting back up in which you have a single second's grace of invulnerability meaning that you can take some damage during the revival process after that period, or be instantly downed half way through with a bolt-action rifle. Note that when being revived your first "death" counts, and any further incapacitation, even if it is followed by a revival will also add to your death counter in the scoreboard.
